October proved to be a fruitful month. I determined to delay the launch of ‘Life After?‘, more on that below, and revisited the rewrite of ‘Best Served Cold‘. I have completely overhauled the plot after revising the story using John Truby’s Anatomy of Story method, and it is a stronger story weave because of it.
I intend to complete the rewrite during November, and my first attempt at NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writers Month – nanowrimo.org) where the target is 50,000 words in 30 days. Editing comes after, and that is my plan for December.
Following feedback, I will also be editing ‘Heir of God: Revelations‘, which is taking shape nicely. The intention is to get a new version completed during December in readiness for a full edit.
I mentioned ‘Life After?‘ and my plans for launch. This book is LGBT+ and rather than release during the busy October period and the lead up to Halloween, I decided to delay slightly to launch on 12th November, which is the first day of Transgender Awareness Week (12th to 19th) and is the week leading up to Transgender Day of Remembrance.
I hope you enjoy Halloween. Thank you for checking in, more musings next month.
